EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and within 7 days of the date you receive the boots. The boots must also be in the original packaging. No poop kickin in the boots if you want to exchange!!  We must receive photos of the bottoms of boots with exchange request to be approved.

 To Initiate exchanges for Defective or New Boots click on above link or:

  • Go onto lacyboots.com 
  • Click on the Exchange section in the Menu
  • Follow the instruction prompts listed 
    1. Any questions please email howdy@lacyboots.com 
    2. You can then go to USPS.com and request a pick up of your boots at your home or office on their home page.  Once your boots are back at our location, our admin automatically issues you a gift card or to be used to purchase the correct size. If you would like a refund instead please let us know and we will refund your original form of purchase. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

New Boots are eligible for exchange or refund. Please note  SALE BOOTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY, NO RETURNS.

 Boot Conditions to be eligible for exchange  

    • in same original unused condition
    • original packaging
    • no scuff marks on sole 
    • no marks on boot 

 Boot will be inspected for eligibility 

    • Photos of bottom of boots must be included in exchange portal or exchange will not be accepted.   (Example:  It looks like your horse drug it around the pasture like an ornery steer).
    • If accepted you will be responsible to return the boot using the prepaid label we will provide you. 

Defective Boots are eligible for exchange.

  • Boot will be inspected for eligibility 
  • If accepted boot will be exchanged for correct size.
