RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The boots must also be in the original packaging. No poop kickin in the boots if you want your money back!!

If your returning only, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs and a small restock fee for which we are charged through our wearhouse, which we can deduct from your refund. For exchanges let us know if you have questions on sizing.  We cover return postage for exchanges. 

REFUNDS NOT APPLICABLE UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES

Any item not in its original condition, boots covered in horse or cow poo, muck from stalls or bottoms scuffed running from cowboys or for reasons not due to our error (Example: It looks like your horse drug it around the pasture etc. We reserve the right to determine the condition of the boots upon return.  

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and we determine the item is as new and in original packaging, your refund will be processed and the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus postage and the restocking fee within a certain amount of days, according to your banks refund time line.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. (There is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at howdy@lacyboots.com and we will help!  We have not had this happen but if it ever occurres. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  Discount Code items will be refunded the amount that was paid.

DEFECTIVE.


If you have a defective boot, please email us at howdy@lacyboots.com. and we will determine the best course of resolution.  We typically ask for photos to determine the next step.  

SHIPPING
If we send you a return shipping lable, print off from a printer and tape to the wrapped box.  We have seen boxes wrapped in empty grain sacks or the original packaging that protect the box well.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a package is lost we will have to file a lost package report and follow up with the post office. We have not had a list package yet.  Knock on barn wood. 

We strive to provide the best customer service possible under all circumstances. If we do not meet your needs please give us a chance to correct the situation. Our customer service team treats everyone very respectable and we request the same.
