Shipping policy

Shipping speed is determined by which shipping service you choose at checkout.  We offer several carrier choices.  At this time, none of the carriers are offering guaranteed deliveries due to E-Commerce demand.  After Lacy Boots receives your order, the processing time can take from 2-3 working days at the warehouse then in addition to the quoted shipping time from the carriers.  We are always striving to get your order out in the quickest possible timeframe.  Weather in the shipping area or the shipping destination will impact delivery times.  Sometimes you will receive the tracking number AFTER your boots have been shipped.  We try to get you the tracking number as soon as possible.
