PRODUCTS & NATURAL LEATHER VARIATIONS
Lacy Boots are crafted using genuine leather and other natural materials. Variations in color, grain, texture, hair pattern, markings, distressing, and finish are natural characteristics and make each pair unique. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects. Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may vary due to natural materials, lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
SIZING & FIT
We provide sizing and fit information to help customers select the best size; however, individual foot shape, arch height, calf size, socks, and personal fit preferences vary. Sizing recommendations are provided as guidance and do not guarantee a particular fit. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchasing.
ORDERS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or correct errors in product descriptions, inventory, promotions, or pricing.
If an incorrect price, discount, promotion, or other error occurs because of a website, software, checkout, or system malfunction, Lacy Boots reserves the right to correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the terms stated with each promotion. Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used on excluded merchandise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions and to cancel orders involving unauthorized, duplicated, fraudulent, or unintended use of a promotional code or pricing error.
SHIPPING
Shipping estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Return & Exchange Policy posted on our website at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing an order.
Returned merchandise must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Exchange Policy. Boots showing signs of wear, outdoor use, damage, alteration, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine fit may not qualify for return or exchange.
PRODUCT CARE, WEAR & DAMAGE
Leather boots naturally change with wear and age. Creasing, scuffing, changes in color or texture, sole wear, and other signs associated with ordinary use are not considered manufacturing defects.
Lacy Boots is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, exposure to excessive moisture or harsh substances, alterations, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.
WARRANTY & DEFECTS
If you believe you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact Lacy Boots promptly and provide photographs and any other information reasonably requested so we can evaluate the issue.
Determination of whether an issue constitutes a manufacturing defect will be made after reasonable review. Normal wear, natural leather characteristics, accidental damage, improper care, and damage resulting from use are not manufacturing defects.
SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Lacy Boots may be worn for horseback riding, ranch work, outdoor activities, and other activities that involve inherent risks. No footwear can prevent all injuries. Our products are not represented or guaranteed to prevent injury.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended activity and for using appropriate judgment and safety equipment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lacy Boots and its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
